4. WhatsApp API Compliance
When using our WhatsApp services, you must:
- Comply with WhatsApp Business Policy
- Obtain proper opt-in consent from recipients
- Use only approved message templates for promotional content
- Respect opt-out requests immediately
- Not send messages to numbers that have opted out
5. Payment Terms
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
6. Intellectual Property
- All platform content and technology is owned by Invite
- You retain ownership of your content and data
- You grant us license to use your content for service delivery
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for WhatsApp API downtime or policy changes
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
