Send to thousands, and see exactly what happened

Approved templates, scheduled or immediate, with per-message delivery and read reporting — and Meta billing you directly at their rates.

One campaign to your whole list, paced properly, with sent, delivered, read and failed for every single recipient.

Meta bills you at their rate

What you need to start

  • A connected WhatsApp Business number in good standing
  • At least one template approved by Meta for the message you want to start
  • A payment method on your own Meta account, since Meta bills you for conversations

The problem

Broadcast lists cap at 256 people, and tell you nothing about who read what.

  • A broadcast only reaches people who saved your number, which is almost nobody.
  • You get no delivery report, so a dead number and a read message look identical.
  • Sending from a personal handset in bursts is how a number gets banned.

Step by step

How it actually works

From the first day to steady state, in 6 steps. Every one of these is something the panel genuinely does — nothing here is on a roadmap.

  1. 01

    Get your list in

    5 minutes

Import a spreadsheet, map your own columns to fields, and let the importer normalise the phone numbers. Contacts already talking to you are there from day one.

    • CSV and Excel import with your own column names mapped across
    • Country codes fixed and duplicates merged rather than duplicated
    • Custom fields — order number, city, plan, whatever you actually store
    • Opt-out state is honoured on import, not after the first complaint
  2. 02

Write the template and send it for approval

minutes to a few hours for Meta

Meta requires an approved template for any message you start. Build it in the panel with header, body, footer and buttons, and submit it without leaving the page.

    • Marketing, utility and authentication categories, chosen for you where it is obvious
    • Media headers — image, video, document — and call-to-action or quick-reply buttons
    • Variables written as {{1}}, {{2}} and previewed with real sample values
    • Approval status tracked in the panel; rejections come back with Meta’s reason
  3. 03

    Choose who it goes to

    2 minutes

Pick a tag, a saved segment, an imported list or a filtered slice of your contacts. The recipient count updates as you narrow it, so nobody sends to 40,000 people by accident.

    • Segments rebuild themselves — “bought in the last 90 days” means today, not the day you saved it
    • Exclusions, so people who already bought are not sold to again
    • Unsubscribed and blocked contacts are removed from the count before you confirm
  4. 04

Personalise it from your own fields

    part of the same screen

Map each template variable to a contact field. Name, order number, city, appointment time — pulled per recipient rather than pasted into a spreadsheet mail-merge.

    • Fallback values, so a missing first name does not send “Hi ,”
    • A live preview against a real contact from your list
    • Media that differs per recipient where the template allows it
  5. 05

    Send now, schedule, or repeat

    one click

Immediate, at a chosen time, or on a recurring schedule. The scheduler runs on the server, so it does not matter whether anyone is logged in.

    • Daily, weekly or monthly repeats for reminders and restock nudges
    • Sends are rate-limited and paced rather than fired in one burst — this is what keeps a number healthy
    • Pause or cancel a running campaign; what has already gone is reported honestly
  6. 06

Read the report and work the replies

    from the first minute

Sent, delivered, read, failed — per recipient, with Meta’s failure reason where there is one. Anyone who answers appears in the shared inbox as a normal conversation.

    • Failure reasons grouped, so “invalid number” and “user blocked” are separate problems
    • Export the result, or turn the people who read it into a segment for the follow-up
    • Replies open a 24-hour window in which you can answer freely, with no template needed

You pay Meta for conversations at Meta’s published rate. We add nothing to it.

Setting it up

What you actually click

Six steps, in order, with the screen each one lives on. No developer and no integration project — this is all done in the panel.

Time to set up

  1. 1

    Import your contacts

    Contacts → Import

Upload a CSV or Excel file and map your columns to fields. Numbers are normalised and duplicates merged rather than duplicated.

  2. 2

    Write the template

    Services → Templates → New

Choose the category, add header, body, footer and buttons, and write your variables as {{1}}, {{2}}. Preview it against a real contact before submitting.

  3. 3

    Submit it to Meta

    Services → Templates → Submit

Approval is usually minutes to a few hours. A rejection comes back with Meta’s own reason and you edit and resubmit from the same screen.

  4. 4

    Build the audience

    Segments → New segment

Condition-based, so “bought in the last 90 days” means today rather than the day you saved it. The recipient count updates as you narrow it.

  5. 5

    Create the campaign

    Bulk WhatsApp → New campaign

Pick the approved template and the segment, map each variable to a field, and set fallbacks so a missing first name does not send “Hi ,”.

  6. 6

    Schedule and send

    Bulk WhatsApp → Schedule

Immediate, at a time, or recurring. Sending is paced automatically — leave the pacing alone unless you know your number’s messaging tier.

The short version

What it does about it

01

Real reporting, per message

Sent, delivered, read and failed — for every recipient, not a summary.

02

Schedule it, or repeat it

Once, daily, weekly or monthly. The scheduler runs whether or not anyone is logged in.

03

Personalised without a mail-merge

Pull the name, the order number or any custom field straight into the template.

04

Replies land in the inbox

A campaign is not a dead end. Anyone who answers appears in the shared inbox as a normal conversation.

05

Paced so you do not get flagged

Sends are rate-limited rather than fired in one burst, which is what keeps a number healthy.

In detail

Everything it does

The whole list, grouped. If something you need is not here, ask — we would rather tell you it does not exist than let you find out in week two.

Building the message

  • Template builder with header, body, footer and buttons
  • Image, video and document headers
  • Call-to-action and quick-reply buttons
  • Submit for Meta approval and track the status in the panel
  • Variable mapping with fallbacks and a live preview

Choosing the audience

  • Tags, saved segments, imported lists or filtered contacts
  • Live recipient count before you confirm
  • Exclusion lists so buyers are not prospected
  • Opt-outs and blocked numbers removed automatically

Sending

  • Immediate, scheduled or recurring
  • Server-side scheduler that does not need a browser open
  • Rate-limited pacing to protect number quality
  • Pause, resume or cancel mid-campaign

Knowing what happened

  • Per-recipient sent, delivered, read and failed
  • Meta failure reasons, grouped by cause
  • Reply tracking straight into the shared inbox
  • Export, or build the follow-up segment from who engaged

In practice

Three businesses, three ways

A sweet shop before a festival

Four thousand past customers, one week to sell.

One campaign with an image header and an order button; replies handled in the inbox by three staff.

A clinic sending reminders

Appointments booked a week ahead get forgotten.

A recurring utility template goes out each morning to tomorrow’s list, pulled from a segment.

A distributor with a price list

Rates change monthly and dealers ring to ask.

A scheduled monthly campaign with a document header, and the read report shows who never opened it.

Questions

Why do I need approved templates?

Meta requires them for any message you start. We help you write and submit them; approval usually takes minutes to a few hours.

What does a campaign cost?

Our plan fee, plus Meta’s conversation charge billed straight to you. There is no per-message markup here.

How fast can I send?

Meta sets a messaging limit per number, which rises as your number builds a good quality rating. We pace inside that limit deliberately — sending faster than it is how numbers get restricted.

What if a template is rejected?

Meta gives a reason and you edit and resubmit from the same screen. Promotional wording inside a utility category is the usual cause.

Can people unsubscribe?

Yes, and they must be able to. Opt-outs are recorded against the contact and honoured on every future campaign without you doing anything.

Try it before you pay anything

Connect a number, import your contacts, and see whether it fits how you work.
