Notifications & Reminders
Order updates and reminders that send themselves
Order confirmed, out for delivery, appointment tomorrow, payment due — sent automatically from a trigger, with an approved template, and every reply lands in the inbox.
- Triggers include an order being confirmed, a deal changing stage, a tag being applied, or a delay after any of those.
- Every automation has a guardrail — once per contact, once per conversation, or a daily ceiling — so nobody gets messaged twenty times.
- Dry-run any rule against a real recent conversation before you trust it.
Hi Arjun, your order #5120 (₹1,840) is confirmed and will be dispatched tomorrow. Reply here if anything needs changing. 📦
Can you deliver after 6pm?
Of course — noted for after 6pm. You'll get a message when it's on the way.
Sent by the "order confirmed → utility template" rule. The reply was assigned to the dispatch queue.
The modules that do this
4 modules, in the order they are used
Each one exists in the dashboard today and has its own page with a step-by-step walkthrough and its own price.

Automations
One rule can tag a chat, open a CRM deal, assign an agent and alert your team. It runs whether or not anyone is watching.

WhatsApp Campaigns

How it works
What actually happens, step by step
- 01
Pick the event
Order confirmed in the catalogue, deal moved to "Booked" in the CRM, or a scheduled time before an appointment field.
- 02
Choose the template
A Utility template approved by Meta, with the order number, amount or time filled from the record.
- 03
Set the guardrail
Once per order, once per day, or never outside business hours — whichever fits the message.
- 04
Dry-run it
The rule reports what it would have done to a recent conversation, and does none of it.
- 05
Replies come back as chats
"Can I change the address?" lands in the inbox, tagged with the order, assigned to a person.
Questions people ask first
Do I need a developer to trigger a message from my system?
Not for orders taken in the catalogue or deals in the CRM — those are built-in triggers. For an external system, the Developer API can create a contact and send an approved template.
Are these cheaper than marketing messages?
Meta prices Utility conversations lower than Marketing ones in most countries. Meta bills you directly either way; we add nothing.
