Selling on WhatsApp
Catalogue, orders and stock inside the chat
Products rendered natively in WhatsApp, the order captured as a record, stock adjusted, and the confirmation sent — without a website, an app or a payment gateway in the way.
- Products sync to your Meta commerce account, so they render as real product cards in the chat.
- Collections mean a customer asking about gift boxes sees gift boxes, not the whole range.
- Stock decrements when an order is confirmed and is restored if it is cancelled.
Do you have the dry fruit gift box?
Yes! Here's our gift box collection 🎁 Tap to see sizes and prices.
I'll take 2 of the 500g box
Order #5133 placed: 2 × Dry Fruit Box 500g = ₹1,780. Pay on delivery or UPI — which do you prefer?
Stock went from 14 to 12 on confirmation. Meera was tagged "buyer" and excluded from prospecting ads.

How it works
What actually happens, step by step
- 01
Put the products in
Add them one by one or import a CSV with your columns mapped. Images, price, SKU and stock.
- 02
Sync to WhatsApp
Pushed to your Meta commerce account and reviewed by Meta. Rejections come back with the reason.
- 03
Show the right things
An agent or a bot sends a collection or a single product card into the conversation.
- 04
Take the order in the chat
The customer picks, the order is recorded with items, quantity and total, and the stock moves.
- 05
Confirm and follow up
An automation sends the confirmation, opens or advances a deal, and the buyer joins the reorder segment.
Questions people ask first
Can customers pay inside WhatsApp?
Not through us. Orders are recorded here; you collect payment the way you do today — UPI, on delivery, or a link from your gateway.
Does it replace my online store?
For many small sellers, yes. For a store with thousands of SKUs it is the conversational front, not the warehouse.
