Connect with your customers. Make every message count.
One panel for WhatsApp campaigns, a shared team inbox, a CRM that fills itself, chatbots, email and Meta ads. Your own accounts, your own billing, no markup on messages.
- WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, email and ads — one login
- Campaigns, conversations, orders and follow-ups
- Built for reliability, scale and responsible messaging
Shared team inbox
Assigned to an agent, with private team notes
Why a platform
Customer communication is no longer one tool
A lead from an ad, a reply to a campaign and an order in a chat are the same person. Five separate tools cannot know that. One panel can.
The old way
Five systems, five logins, five lists
- A WhatsApp tool that resells messages at a markup
- A separate CRM where leads are typed in again
- A chatbot vendor with its own inbox
- An email tool with its own list
- Ads managed in a browser tab nobody reconciles
With Invite
One panel, one record, one team
- One panel, one login, one contact record
- Leads created from the chat, with the source attached
- The bot hands over into the same inbox the team uses
- Email and WhatsApp send to the same segments
- Ad leads arrive as chats, and cost per lead is counted
The tools, as they are
10 modules. Here is what each one looks like.
Every screen below is the real panel, drawn from the same design system it ships with. Pick a module to see it.
Team InboxCore
One WhatsApp inbox your whole team works from
Stop passing a phone around. Every conversation in one place, assigned to a person, with private notes, tags and a clock on how long someone has been waiting.
- Assign, transfer, take over
- Private notes on the chat
- Tags that mean something
Best for: A retail store with three counter staff
On its own from ₹299/month, or included in a bundle.

The customer journey
One customer, six modules, no retyping
This is the argument for a platform rather than four tools: the same person, followed from the ad to the reorder.

Industries
Communication designed around your business
The same modules, arranged for how each kind of business actually talks to its customers.
The shop counter, on WhatsApp
Regulars ask on WhatsApp whether something is in stock, what is new, and whether you can hold it. Answer all of it from one inbox, sell from a catalogue, and bring past buyers back with a campaign.
Typical uses
- Stock and availability questions
- New-arrival broadcasts to past buyers
- Orders and reservations in the chat
- Festival offers to segments
- Reorder reminders

Yes! Six new handloom pieces came in Tuesday 🧵 Here's the collection — want me to keep any aside?
Sent from the "New arrivals" collection in the catalogue module.
The honest bit
Everyone pays Meta. Only some of us add to it.
Most WhatsApp platforms buy conversations from Meta and sell them to you at a margin. We do not touch that transaction — you connect your own Meta account and Meta bills you directly. Move the slider and see what that is worth at your volume.
A platform that resells messages
- Their monthly plan
- ₹2,999
- WhatsApp conversations (10,000)
- ₹7,800
- Their markup on each conversation
- ₹3,000
Here
- Our monthly plan
- ₹1,499
- WhatsApp conversations (10,000)billed to you by Meta
- ₹7,800
- Our markup on each conversation
- nothing
At this volume that is₹4,500a month, or ₹54,000 a year — for the same messages.
Conversation pricing is Meta's and varies by country and conversation type; roughly ₹1 is used here for Indian marketing conversations. Service conversations a customer starts are free for 24 hours. The comparison assumes a typical reseller margin — check your own contract, because most do not print it.

Technology is important. Reliability is essential.
Analytics
Visibility into every campaign, every chat, every agent
Delivered, read and replied per message. First-response and resolution times against your SLA. Cost per lead by ad campaign. Lost reasons by pipeline. It is one Analytics page, and it is honest about the things that did not work as well as the things that did.
- Per-campaign delivery reports, exportable
- Agent load, response and resolution by day
- Ad spend to lead to deal, in one line
- CX governance: SLA breaches and masked-data access

How it works
Live in an afternoon — here is the afternoon
No developer, no integration project, no migration. Meta’s own sign-up flow does the hard part, and the only step we cannot control is template approval.
Pricing
A flat fee for the software
These are software fees only. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed to you by Meta directly at their rates — we take no cut and add no markup.
Straight answers
Do I buy message credits from you?
No. You connect your own Meta WhatsApp account and add a payment method there, so Meta charges you directly at their own rates. We never sit in the middle of that, which is why our plans are as cheap as they are.
What exactly am I paying you for?
The software — the inbox, CRM, campaigns, chatbots, automations, email and ad tools, and the people who keep them running. That is a flat monthly fee that does not change with how much you send.
How much does WhatsApp itself cost?
Meta charges per conversation and the rate depends on the country and the type of conversation. Service conversations started by the customer are free within a 24-hour window. Meta publishes the current rates and you can see your own usage in your Meta account at any time.
Do I need a developer?
No. Connecting your WhatsApp number takes a few minutes through Meta's own sign-up flow, and everything after that is done in the panel.
