At Invite, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This policy outlines our refund terms for different service categories.

2. WhatsApp Marketing Services

Subscription Plans

  • Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no messages have been sent
  • Pro-rated refund for unused months on annual plans (minus processing fees)
  • No refund for used credits or sent messages

Message Credits

  • Unused credits are non-refundable
  • Credits do not expire during active subscription
  • Credits are forfeited upon account cancellation

3. Development Services

Web & App Development

  • 50% deposit is non-refundable once work begins
  • Refunds for incomplete projects are pro-rated based on work completed
  • Full refund if project is cancelled before work starts
  • No refund after project delivery and approval

Custom Projects

  • Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once milestone is delivered
  • Refund terms are specified in individual project contracts

4. Marketing Services

Monthly Retainers (SEO, Social Media, Ads)

  • 7-day money-back guarantee for new clients
  • No refund for work already completed
  • 30-day notice required for cancellation
  • Ad spend paid to platforms (Google, Meta) is non-refundable

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@hexagone.com with your account details
  2. Include your order/invoice number
  3. Explain the reason for refund request
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 days

7. Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Account suspension due to policy violations
  • WhatsApp account bans due to spam or policy violations
  • Services rendered as described
  • Change of mind after service delivery

8. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may:

  • Request escalation to our management team
  • Provide additional documentation supporting your case
  • Seek mediation through appropriate channels
