What it does
8 modules, one panel, your own accounts
Run WhatsApp campaigns, a shared team inbox, a CRM, email marketing and Meta ads from one place. You connect your own Meta and mail accounts, so you pay Meta and your mail provider directly at their rates. We charge only for the software.
Each module below has its own page with a step-by-step walkthrough — what you set up first, what happens next, and what it costs on its own.
- 8 modules
- Take all of them, or only the two you need
- No message markup
- Meta bills you directly at their own rate
- Your accounts
- Your number, ad account and mailbox stay yours
- 4 categories
- Core · Marketing · Sales · Automation
The modules
8 modules, and what each one is for
Every one of these exists in the dashboard today and has its own page with a step-by-step walkthrough and its own price. Take them all, or take the two you need.
Team Inbox
Shared WhatsApp inbox — assign chats, private team notes, transfers, tags and SLA targets.
- Assign, transfer, take over
- Private notes on the chat
- Tags that mean something
WhatsApp Campaigns
Bulk template campaigns, scheduled or immediate, with delivery and read reporting.
- Real reporting, per message
- Schedule it, or repeat it
- Personalised without a mail-merge
CRM & Leads
Pipelines, deal stages, tasks and activity history, filled from WhatsApp conversations.
- A lead the moment they message
- The chat and the deal are one thing
- Stages you define
Chatbot Builder
No-code flows that answer questions, qualify leads and hand over to a human.
- Build it by dragging
- It knows when to stop
- It qualifies while you sleep
Automations
When a keyword arrives, tag the chat, open a CRM deal and alert the team — one rule.
- Triggers from anywhere
- Actions everywhere
- Guardrails built in
Email Marketing
Campaigns from your own domain with address verification, warmup and deliverability checks.
- Clean the list before you send
- DNS explained, not just failed
- Uses your existing mailbox
Meta & Instagram Ads
Build click-to-WhatsApp ads, audiences from your own customer list, and per-lead reporting.
- The lead lands in your inbox talking
- Audiences from your own customers
- Stop advertising to people who bought
Catalogue & Orders
Show products inside WhatsApp and take orders in the chat.
- A real catalogue in WhatsApp
- Orders become records
- Stock that goes down
How they connect
One customer, all the way through
This is the part four separate tools cannot do. Nothing below is re-typed, re-imported or copied between systems — it is the same record the whole way.
- Step 01
They tap an ad
A click-to-WhatsApp ad opens a chat instead of a landing page. The campaign is recorded as the source.
Read the module - Step 02
The bot answers
Timings, delivery area, price — answered instantly, and the qualifying questions asked while you sleep.
Read the module - Step 03
A person takes over
It lands in the shared inbox, assigned to an agent, with the bot transcript and a clock already running.
Read the module - Step 04
A deal opens itself
The lead is created with the name, number, source and everything the bot collected already filled in.
Read the module - Step 05
They order in the chat
Products shown natively in WhatsApp, the order captured as a record, and stock adjusted.
Read the module - Step 06
They hear from you again
They are in the buyer segment now — excluded from prospecting ads, included in the reorder campaign.

Email marketing and automations sit across all six of these — an automation can fire at any step, and the email list is the same contact list the WhatsApp campaigns use.
Being straight with you
And what it does not do
These are deliberate. The software is the product, and everything underneath it stays registered to you. A customer who finds a gap in week two is a refund; a customer who was told about it up front is not.
- We do not build websites, apps or online stores. This is not a web agency.
- We do not run your ads for you. You get the tools; the strategy stays yours.
- We do not resell WhatsApp conversations, so we cannot discount them either — Meta’s rate is Meta’s rate.
- We do not take payments inside WhatsApp. Orders are recorded here; you collect the way you collect today.
Before you ask
Do I buy message credits from you?
No. You connect your own Meta WhatsApp account and add a payment method there, so Meta charges you directly at their own rates. We never sit in the middle of that, which is why our plans are as cheap as they are.
What exactly am I paying you for?
The software — the inbox, CRM, campaigns, chatbots, automations, email and ad tools, and the people who keep them running. That is a flat monthly fee that does not change with how much you send.
How much does WhatsApp itself cost?
Meta charges per conversation and the rate depends on the country and the type of conversation. Service conversations started by the customer are free within a 24-hour window. Meta publishes the current rates and you can see your own usage in your Meta account at any time.
Do I need a developer?
No. Connecting your WhatsApp number takes a few minutes through Meta's own sign-up flow, and everything after that is done in the panel.
Can I use my existing number?
Yes, provided it is not currently active on the normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. Meta requires a number to be on one or the other, not both.

Add-ons only ever add — nothing you already have is affected when you take another one.
