Email from your own domain, without getting blocked

Address verification, authentication checks and warmup — using the mailbox your hosting already includes, so there is nothing extra to buy.

A clean list, an authenticated domain and a sending pace that builds reputation instead of burning it.

Warmup
paced so you are not blocked

What you need to start

  • A domain you control the DNS for
  • A mailbox on that domain — most hosting includes one at no extra cost
  • Permission to email the people on your list

The problem

A list full of dead addresses, no SPF or DKIM, and a domain that quietly stops reaching inboxes.

  • Bounces above roughly 2% get you throttled, and almost all of them were avoidable.
  • Without SPF, DKIM and DMARC, Gmail and Yahoo now simply do not trust you.
  • A brand new domain that sends twenty thousand on day one looks exactly like a spammer.

Warmup day

Ceiling rises only while bounces stay under 2%

An illustration of the real panel, drawn from the same design system — not a live demo.

Step by step

How it actually works

From the first day to steady state, in 6 steps. Every one of these is something the panel genuinely does — nothing here is on a roadmap.

  1. 01

    Add your sending domain

    2 minutes

Type the domain you want to send from. We read its MX records to work out who already hosts your mail, so the settings are filled in rather than asked for.

    • Provider detected from your MX records — Google, Microsoft, Zoho, cPanel, Yandex and others
    • The right SMTP host and port suggested automatically
    • Several domains supported if you send as more than one brand
  2. 02

Fix authentication before you send anything

    15 minutes, plus DNS propagation

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked live against your DNS. Where one is missing or wrong, you get the exact record to paste and a plain explanation of what it does.

    • The precise value to add, not a link to a generic guide
    • Re-checked on demand, so you know the moment DNS has propagated
    • DMARC started at monitoring so nothing of yours is rejected while you tune it
    • A domain that fails these checks is blocked from sending here — deliberately
  3. 03

Connect the mailbox you already pay for

    5 minutes

Almost every hosting plan includes mailboxes. We use yours over SMTP, so there is no extra email service to buy. Zoho and Yandex have free tiers if your host does not.

    • App password or SMTP credentials, stored encrypted
    • A live connection test before you are allowed to save it
    • Reply-to and from-name set per campaign
  4. 04

Verify the list before it costs you anything

    minutes for a few thousand

We ask each address’s own mail server whether the mailbox exists, then quarantine the ones that do not. This is the single step that decides whether the rest works.

    • Syntax, domain, MX and mailbox checks in that order — the cheap ones first
    • Role addresses (info@, sales@) and disposable domains flagged separately
    • Results kept against the contact, so you never pay to check the same address twice
    • Unverifiable addresses are held back rather than silently sent to
  5. 05

    Warm the domain up

    two to four weeks

A new domain starts at a few hundred a day and climbs as the engagement holds. The schedule is enforced here rather than suggested, because the failure mode is permanent.

    • Daily ceilings that rise on a schedule
    • Best-engaged contacts sent to first, which is what builds the reputation
    • The ramp pauses itself if bounces or complaints spike
  6. 06

Send, and watch the things that actually matter

    per campaign

Opens and clicks are the fun numbers. Bounces, complaints and unsubscribes are the ones that decide whether next month’s campaign arrives at all.

    • Delivered, bounced, opened, clicked, complained and unsubscribed
    • Hard bounces removed from the list automatically
    • One-click unsubscribe, as Gmail and Yahoo now require, checked again at send time
    • Segments built from who clicked, ready for the follow-up

Mailbox providers judge you almost entirely on bounces. This is the part that decides whether anything arrives.

Setting it up

What you actually click

Six steps, in order, with the screen each one lives on. No developer and no integration project — this is all done in the panel.

  1. 1

    Add your domain

    Email → Domains → Add

Type the domain. We read its MX records and tell you who already hosts your mail, so the settings are filled in rather than asked for.

  2. 2

    Fix SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Email → Domains → Check DNS

Each failure comes with the exact record to paste into your DNS and one line on what it does. Re-check from the same screen once it propagates.

  3. 3

    Connect the mailbox

    Email → Mailboxes → Connect

App password or SMTP credentials for the mailbox your hosting already includes. The connection is tested before it will save.

  4. 4

    Verify the list

    Email → List health

Run verification before the first send. Dead addresses are quarantined, not sent to — this is the step that decides whether the rest works.

  5. 5

    Start the warmup

    Email → Warmup

A new domain begins at a few hundred a day and climbs as engagement holds. The ramp pauses itself if bounces or complaints spike.

  6. 6

    Send the first campaign

    Email → New campaign

Send to your best-engaged segment first. Watch bounces and complaints rather than opens — those are the numbers that decide next month.

The short version

What it does about it

01

Clean the list before you send

We ask each address’s own mail server whether the mailbox exists. Bounces above about 2% get you throttled — and every one of them was avoidable.

02

DNS explained, not just failed

SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked live, with the exact record to paste and why it matters.

03

Uses your existing mailbox

We read your domain’s MX records and fill in the settings. Free with most hosting; Zoho and Yandex have free tiers otherwise.

04

Paced and warmed up

A new domain ramps from a few hundred a day. Sending twenty thousand on day one is how you get blocked.

05

Unsubscribes honoured instantly

One-click, as Gmail and Yahoo now require — and checked again for every recipient at the moment of sending.

In detail

Everything it does

In practice

Three businesses, three ways

A shop with a WhatsApp list and an email list

The email list has not been touched in two years.

Verification quarantines a third of it before the first send, and the domain survives the campaign.

A business on a new domain

Rebranded, and needs to start emailing from it.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC fixed on day one; a four-week warmup instead of a blacklisting.

A B2B team

Long newsletters to a few thousand buyers.

Sent from their existing cPanel mailbox, with clicks turned into a WhatsApp follow-up segment.

Questions

Do I need to buy an email service?

No. Almost every hosting plan already includes mailboxes. We detect your provider from your domain and use it.

Will my domain get blacklisted?

Not if you clean the list and warm up — both of which are enforced here rather than suggested.

What if I do not know what SPF is?

You do not need to. The check tells you what is wrong, gives you the exact record to paste into your DNS, and explains in one line what it does.

How long does warmup take?

Two to four weeks for a new domain. An established domain that already sends normally starts much higher.

Can I email and WhatsApp the same people?

Yes, and that is the point of having both here. A segment of people who clicked an email can be the audience for a WhatsApp campaign the next day.
